Our line of C4 painting booths represents a unique innovation in the bodywork sector, thanks to the integration of advanced technologies that significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the painting process. One of the main features of these booths is the GENIUS system, which allows for painting and drying without the use of the traditional burner, a significant advantage in terms of energy efficiency and operational cost reduction. The result of 30 years of experience in the sector, the C-Quattro booth combines accumulated know-how with the latest technological innovations. The heating and drying system is based on the use of endothermic panels, a technology we have developed and perfected over more than a decade. These panels, embedded in the booth's structure, reach temperatures of up to 180°C during the drying phase, ensuring fast and even drying. This result was made possible through collaboration with leading paint manufacturers and the best booth builders.
The C4 booth is equipped with a modern and wide 'Super Glass' front, which not only adds a contemporary aesthetic touch but also allows for optimal visual control of the painting process. Additionally, the cutting-edge energy-saving system intelligently manages the start&stop of the motors and the drying phases, further reducing energy consumption.
Lighting is another area in which the C4 booth excels, thanks to the 'Solar Led' system developed by our research team. This system ensures high luminous efficiency with reduced consumption, in line with our company philosophy of sustainability and innovation. The uniform distribution of light within the booth guarantees optimal visibility, essential for precise and high-quality painting.
The control of operations is made simple and intuitive thanks to the 7.5” colour Touch control panel. This control panel features an advanced icon-based workflow cycle, designed to be easy to use even for those less experienced with digital technologies. The intuitive user interface allows all phases of the painting and drying process to be managed with just a few simple touches, improving operational efficiency and minimising the possibility of errors.
